The paediatric department focuses on providing comprehensive care to both inpatients and outpatients, utilising modern facilities to promote professional growth and maintain high standards of patient care.
Qualifications: Specialist in paediatrics with a medical license and specialist approval from an EU country. Professionally updated with a commitment to continuous learning. Proficient in English and motivated to learn Norwegian. Clean criminal record, documented through a police certificate in accordance with the Health Personnel Act.
Personal qualities: Strong collaboration skills and effective communication with children and parents. Genuine interest in people. Initiative and enthusiasm for embracing new challenges. Structured and efficient work style, both independently and within a team. Service-oriented and approachable demeanour. Ability to inspire and engage others.
